How It Works
For Equal Payment (fixed installment), the calculator uses the standard annuity formula: PMT = P x r(1+r)^n / ((1+r)^n - 1), where P is principal, r is the monthly interest rate, and n is the number of months. For Equal Principal, each monthly principal portion is P/n, with interest calculated on the remaining balance. For Bullet repayment, only interest is paid monthly, and the entire principal is due in the final month. All calculations run entirely in your browser.
